I am Ashley and, along with my husband Colin, two children, Jody and Tye and our gorgeous Scottish Terriers, live in a small village in the north east of England on the outskirts of Durham.

 

I have over ten years experience with animals both as pets and on a more professional level. Animals have always been an important part of my life and I have a NPTC Level 3 Diploma (Distinction) in Animal Management comprising of the following Level 3 modules:

 

• Understand and Promote Animal Health

• Manage Animal Accommodation

• Plan and Monitor Animal Feeding

• Understand the Principles of Animal Biology

• Undertake Animal Handling and Safe Working

• Undertake and Review Work Related Experience in the Land-based Industries

• Undertake Dog Grooming

• Understand the Principles of Animal Nursing

• Undertake Animal Training

• Understand and Interpret Animal Behaviour and Communication

• Understand the Principles and Carry Out the Practice of Biochemistry and Microbiology

• Undertake the Practices of Equine Health, Handling and Husbandry

• Understand and Carry Out Farm Livestock Husbandry
